Bad breath,most of you know what bad breath is but some of you don't know about it so,bad breath is smell(bad smell) that comes from your mouth. Not only men face this problem women too face this problem, it's an common problem and most people face this, but if a person has a bad breath no one would like be around that person, no one wanted to talk to that person and people will avoid you,so today we're going to talk about bad breath and how to prevent the problem of bad breath.














   

1. Drink lots of water

The main reason why you face bad breath is because your mouth stays dry mostly. If you eat something,the food particles stay into your mouth and if your mouth stays dry then the food particles secrete several liquid which causes bad breath. That's why I always suggest people to drink atleast 8-10 glass of water, water can help in glowing your skin, preventing bad breath, reducing skin problems etc,so you should always drink lots of water to prevent bad breath .

2. Use mints or chew gums

If you drinking lots of water but still facing the problem of bad breath,so start using chewing gum or mints. This will help you to prevent bad breath and there are different variety of chewing gum out there in the market and it is also very cheap so everyone can afford chewing gum or mints,I used to chew gums for the whole day when I was a kid but I suggest you not to eat too much chewimg gum you'll end ultimately facing pain in your jaw, instead of chewing gum use mints it won't make your jaw pain and it is more effective than chewing gum.

3.Use Mouthwash

Most people buy mouthwash but they don't know what are it's uses. Mouthwash helps in preventing bad breath,preventing gums problems and plaque, so you should also give it a try and use mouthwash to prevent bad breath,there are several variety of mouthwash out there you can pick one according to you and can use it but remember don't use mouthwash which contains more acid as that will cause sensitivity in our teeth,choose a mild but effective one.

4. Eat fruits 

Eating fruits can also helps in reducing bad breath,wait don't go anywhere listen to me first,there are several fruits which can help in reducing bad breath. You should eat fruits which contains citric acid like orange, grapefruit and berries to prevent bad breath you can also drink lemon juice or can make lemonade,as lemon has a highest quantity of citric acid. Pro tip- you should eat all types of fruits.

5. Brushing your teeth twice

The last trick to prevent bad breath is brushing your teeth twice (day and night),yeah your mama was right about brushing twice a day I'll recommend you to always brush twice because the food you eat at night stays inside your mouth and teeth which secretes several liquids which causes bad breath, especially clean your tongue,as it is the main spot where most of the food particles are found.
