Best exercises to do at home

We all know that due to corona virus we're not able to step our foot outside, we're able to go to our work and so do the gyms. People starting getting lazy and start gaining too much weight which is not appropriate,so I'm here with some exercise which you can perform in minimum spaces and which help you to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle but before doing the below exercise you should always warm your body(warm-up) and there are several ways to warm your body up and after you perform a exercise take a rest of least a minute if you're a beginner, but if you're a person with experience you should take rest for atleast 20 - 30 seconds.













 









 1. Plank


It is a best exercise to perform while you're at home. It mainly helps you to build your abs and helps in getting a good body posture, it doesn't require much space but you just need a exercise mat or you can perform this exercise on a yoga mat also. For a beginner doing plank for 20-30 second is enough and for a person with experience can perform it for almost a min or so ,depends upon the person. I'll highly recommend you to perform this exercise at home and you'll see good results in few days,just remember one thing don't over do plank otherwise you'll end up hurting yourself or can injure yourself.

2. Mountain climbing


The next exercise, in our list is mountain climbing. Mountain climbing is also one of the best exercise to perform at home , it also take less space but you can do this exercise without mat if you want, but according to me you should always perform these types of exercise on a mat. This exercise again mainly focuses on your abs, helps you to get a perfect body posture. Beginner should do 10-15 times in a set and you can increase your sets according your capacity and person with experience can perform 30-40 in a set and increase set according to your stamina.

3. Push ups

I think most of the people are expecting this exercise, everyone knows about this exercise. You can perform many types of pushups like normal push ups , diamond push ups , superman push ups, wall push-up etc. But I'll recommend you to perform normal push ups if you're a beginner and you can perform 5-10 push ups at starting but increase the amount after some time like (4-5days) and the people with experience they can perform this exercise according to their capacity and stamina.

4. Squats

Moving on to the next exercise, the squats in this exercise you have to stand in a straight position and legs slightly open, bring both your hands forward ,bend your hips and try to touch your hips with the ground. It's little harder at first but constant pratice will make you perfect, by performing this exercise you're strengthening your legs and thighs, remember not to over do it. Beginner can perform 5-10 times a day and people with experience can perform it 20-30 times a set, beginner should do only a set in a day but eventually you increase the amount of squats and sets according to your capacity.


But if you don't want to perform the above  exercise you can also perform yoga,it is very beneficial and also helps in gaining flexibility and helps in reducing excessive weight.
